This role leads the consolidated quarterly and annual global income tax provision process under ASC 740, oversees U.S. federal and state income tax return preparation, and manages tax controversy coordination for U.S. federal and state audits. The Director also provides technical analysis and execution support for internal restructurings, legal entity simplifications, and capital structure planning initiatives.
