The representative is responsible for executing outbound collections efforts to resolve past-due balances and applying/reconciling payments across various platforms while investigating and resolving chargebacks and disputes. This role also involves monitoring customer payment behavior, conducting credit reviews, and analyzing trends to support effective risk management and collections performance.

The mediator will oversee assigned clients, managing the conflict resolution process between buyers and sellers using a directive shuttle mediation model via email or phone. This role involves addressing disputes related to shipping, shortages, and product descriptions while flagging process abuses for internal review.
