Role Description

The Logistics Analyst supports the Global Logistics organization through analysis, reporting, and financial insights to improve transportation performance and reduce freight cost. This role analyzes data, identifies savings opportunities, and supports global freight payment accuracy. The Analyst partners closely with Logistics leadership, Finance, Warehouse & Distribution, Supply Chain, and carrier partners.

You Will Make an Impact By:

• Develop and maintain transportation reports and KPIs
• Assist the business units in the management of inbound/outbound shipments
• Analyze shipment and cost data for trends and improvement opportunities
• Prepare reporting packages for leadership
• Identify freight cost reduction opportunities
• Support freight audit/payment by validating invoices and resolving discrepancies
• Evaluate carrier performance and support sourcing events
• Maintain data accuracy in TMS and freight payment systems
• Collaborate cross-functionally across Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement, Customer Service, and Finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain analytics
• Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel skills
• Understanding of freight cost structures and transportation operations
• Strong communication and attention to detail

Requirements

• Experience with TMS or freight payment platforms
• Experience in manufacturing or global logistics environments
• Strong MS Access skills

• Salary Pay Range: $71,025 - $111,375 per year
