Overview:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Business Analyst to support our growing Digital Product team. In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with Product Managers to translate business needs into clear, actionable product requirements. You’ll help bridge the gap between business strategy, user experience, and technical execution—ensuring our digital experiences are delivered with precision and aligned to both customer needs and brand goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Digital Product Managers to gather, document, and refine business and functional requirements for new features, enhancements, and platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including UX, engineering, QA, and stakeholders from marketing, customer service, and operations—to ensure alignment on scope and intent.
  • Create clear and concise user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and documentation that guide development teams.
  • Conduct requirements gathering sessions, user interviews, and stakeholder workshops to uncover business needs and user pain points.
  • Assist with backlog grooming, sprint planning, and the refinement of epics and features.
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by validating that requirements have been implemented as intended.
  • Contribute to data analysis, benchmarking, and competitive research to inform product decisions.
  • Help track and communicate project status, dependencies, and risks across cross-functional teams.
  • Promote continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and opportunities to streamline documentation and delivery workflows.

Qualifications:

  • 2–4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a digital or eCommerce environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated ability to write detailed user stories, workflows, and technical documentation.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills and comfort working across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Google Analytics, or similar.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience supporting multi-brand digital platforms or complex eCommerce ecosystems.
  • Understanding of UX best practices, digital analytics, and A/B testing principles.
  • Exposure to product areas such as checkout, search & browse, mobile apps, or post-purchase flows.
