Role Description
The Supplier Quality Specialist performs audits at the supplier's premises to verify compliance with regulations.
- Apply best practice procedures to improve quality standards of suppliers to ensure compliance with requirements
- Manage audits with suppliers (e.g. quality system audit in reference to ISO 9001 or root cause analysis and verification of corrective actions of supplier quality issues)
- Support Purchasing with the supplier approval process (vendor rating)
- Collect and analyze data for KPI reports
- Support the identification of corrective actions
- Implement quality control plan
- Monitor performances of suppliers
- Identify potential issues to improve quality and efficiency

Qualifications
- Professional experience in the role or similar: experience in the field and/or in the production lines > 2 years
- Working experience preferably in multinational context, with similar dimensions
- Experience in manufacturing industries
- Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance
- Engineering degree
