Role Description

The Recruitment Coordinator will play a key role in the recruitment process by supporting the front-end stages of hiring for Registered Behaviour Technicians (RBTs).

  • Screen CVs and conduct pre-interviews
  • Verify candidate qualifications
  • Post jobs and follow up with applicants on required documentation
  • Hand over qualified candidates to the next stage of the recruitment process

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM South African time – subject to change)
  • Work on both South African and U.S. public holidays (compensation for SA public holidays in accordance with the BCEA)
  • Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and the ability to support a wired Ethernet connection is mandatory
  • Power Backup: A reliable power backup solution is required to manage load shedding and power outages
  • Work Environment: This is a fully remote working role

  • Background in recruitment support, sourcing, or coordination
  • Experience in healthcare, ABA therapy, or Healthcare recruitment is highly advantageous, but not required
