Role Description

This role involves conducting market research and providing insights to support pricing and marketing strategies.

  • Track competitor rents, availability, and move-in specials by submarket
  • Maintain a simple market survey for pricing, concessions, and offers
  • Recommend pricing and specials to improve occupancy
  • Update approved pricing and offer changes in internal systems
  • Gather insights through competitor calls and direct outreach
  • Identify pricing gaps and competitive opportunities proactively
  • Turn findings into clear recommendations for promos and messaging
  • Advise where to run Google and Meta campaigns
  • Recommend target audiences, offers, and messaging for ads
  • Track competitor ad, creative, and positioning best practices
  • Support leadership with prospecting and market insights for AAM growth

Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years in market research, performance marketing, or digital marketing
  • Proven experience with competitor research and market analysis
  • Ability to turn findings into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager is a plus
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel for tracking and reporting
  • Fast learner, adaptable in a fast-moving environment
  • Clear communicator with strong attention to detail
  • U.S. multifamily or real estate marketing experience is a plus
