Role Description

This position is 100% remote. As a Coordinator, you will be the "concierge" for professional clients. You will manage high-level service requests, coordinate destination logistics, and ensure every client receives a world-class experience. This is a role for a detail-oriented professional who understands the "white-glove" standard of the hospitality industry.

  • Act as a dedicated point of contact for luxury destination and client service accounts.
  • Facilitate seamless communication between vendors and clients to ensure itinerary accuracy.
  • Proactively identify service enhancements to improve the clients journey.
  • Manage a high volume of coordination tasks with professional poise and accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Background in Hospitality & Tourism: Former hotel managers, concierge staff, or travel agents.
  • High-Volume Sales: Results-driven professionals comfortable managing a pipeline and closing service agreements.
  • Client Relations & Customer Success: Experience managing professional accounts and handling "VIP" escalations.
  • Administrative & Executive Support: High-level EAs or Project Coordinators skilled in logistics and calendar management.
  • Service-Based Entrepreneurs: Self-starters with experience working on a contract or commission basis.
