Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team with a focus on process improvement and strategic growth within the Commercial, Sales, and Strategic Growth functions of the business. This role will be responsible for developing and monitoring KPIs, supporting strategic initiatives, and enhancing sales operations through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process optimization, performance measurement, and cross-functional collaboration. The job location for this role is open to work from home.
- Analyze current sales and operational processes within the Commercial function to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance and process efficiency within the Commercial function.
- Support strategic growth initiatives by identifying and implementing scalable process improvements within the Sales and Strategic Growth functions.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, IT, and customer service teams to align process improvements with business goals within the Commercial function.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership on KPI trends and strategic progress within the Commercial function.
- Facilitate change management and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the Commercial function.
- Maintain documentation of process changes and performance outcomes within the Commercial function.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Sales, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM.
- 3+ years of proven experience in process improvement, KPI development, or business operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Comfortable working independently and in cross-functional teams.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Commercial Sales and Salesforce CRM.
- Familiarity with sustainability and waste management industries.
