Job Description

• Assisting with various tax-season processes including assembling/scanning/archiving data, logging in tax returns, preparing internal forms, preparing pre-tax-season files, e-filing, processing of tax files after mailing, and delivering returns. • Accurately inputting tax data into technology systems including tax software and transcribing confidential client correspondence. • Coordinating and communicating with tax advisors, managers, and other team members to perform job functions. • Maintaining data integrity across all systems, confirming data and making updates, and preparing reports. • Other general administrative duties as needed.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Attention to detail and ability to take initiative to meet deadlines
  • Strong communications skills (written/verbal) and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and remain flexible as priorities change
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task, detail-oriented
  • Able to navigate a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
