• Innovates the Circle K brand through strategic problem-solving efforts related to our Fresh Food Fast initiatives • Collaborate with Marketing/Merchandising team, BU leadership, store leadership, and Global Foodservice subject matter experts • Leads a team of Food Service Specialists to develop, maintain, train, and ensure adherence to all formal operational processes and procedures related to FFF • Integrates standards that promote operational adherence to food safety and HACCP standards • Accountable for Ecosure Food Safety Audit passing rates and corrective action resolution • Ensures operational compliance with requirements by monitoring and adherence to policies and procedures • Provides Food Safety Management Certification (ServSafe) training and testing for Store Managers and other identified store and field employees • Cultivates a safe and secure working environment through the implementation of safety practices, providing information and training • Maintains project schedules by monitoring progress, coordinating activities and resolving problems • Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions • Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting and orienting employees
