Job Description
• Gather business requirements and API feedback from both internal and external sources, such as feedback from institutional customers, and continuously improve the API product through effective iterative mechanisms.
• Study the competitive landscape and industry trends, transforming this information into actionable API product iteration plans that align with the company's actual needs.
• Utilize data analytics to create data-driven insights to understand client behavior.
• Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with customers and strategic partners, using their feedback to guide product enhancements and future development.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical, solution oriented role, preferably related to trading or technology platforms, especially in network and API endpoints.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Finance.
- Proactive and self-driven, with a logical and data-driven mindset, strong team collaboration skills, and effective communication abilities.
- Proficiency in English & Conversational Mandarin preferred.
- Able to think systematically with a clear problem-solving approach when facing issues; skilled at breaking down and simplifying complex problems. Not only from a tech lens but also from a revenue perspective.
