• Own learning architecture and governance • Define and implement a governance decision framework • Publish and maintain design, delivery, accessibility, quality, and measurement standards for enterprise learning • Create and curate reusable templates, prototypes, facilitator guides, and other scalable assets • Establish vendor and contractor governance • Oversee CoP and Academy governance • Implement capability-building and onboarding for instructional designers, embedded training teams, and CoP leaders • Lead/Support the Training Community of Practice • Partner with HRIS on learning technology ecosystem strategy • Support intake and prioritization with standards checks and QA gates • Manage a team of Instructional Designers and Community Learning Lead
