Job Description
• Scheduling interviews and phone screens working directly with candidates and hiring managers, in some cases arranging travel for visiting candidates.
• Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email.
• Coordinating the pre- and post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials.
• Identifying opportunities for improving the candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
• Updating candidate records in Greenhouse (our ATS) and managing any metrics that can be pulled from Greenhouse or Gem.
• Tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status updates.
• Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of recruiting coordinator or equivalent experience at a tech company
- Experience with Greenhouse applicant tracking system
- Ability to work flexible hours as business needs require.
- Superb customer focus, attention to detail, and organization skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to schedule candidate interview travel.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- The calm in a storm with a great sense of humor.
