Job Description
• Responsible for quarterly planning and successful delivery of components or modules
• Dedicate time to hands-on coding and code reviews
• Partner with Product Management to analyze product metrics
• Manage, mentor, and grow engineering teams
• Lead effective sprint ceremonies to ensure high execution standards
Job Requirements
- Proven track record of managing engineering teams
- Strong C# proficiency
- Experience designing and maintaining microservices architecture (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Deep experience developing large-scale, high-availability SaaS applications
- Active hands-on coding and ability to contribute to technical discussions
