Role Description
This role involves supporting the Tandem platform by ensuring team and organizational health, managing ongoing changes, and optimizing operations.
- Designing, planning, and facilitating VP staff level and other key stakeholder meetings, ensuring meeting effectiveness
- Operating with an AI first mindset, leveraging smart technology to bring insights and efficiency to daily operations
- Maximizing the impact of the VP Tandem staff, managing its operating model, and assisting with team health and development
- Managing the Tandem strategic planning process, including roadmaps, metrics, and interdependencies
- Identifying key decisions and serving as a Decision-Making coach and facilitator
- Developing and executing the organization’s communication strategy, including C-level communication tools
- Ensuring preparation for regular check-ins, interlocks, updates, and report outs
- Collaborating with the Autodesk Operations Solutions Chief of Staff cohort
- Defining and implementing standard operating procedures and structured systems for information organization
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in program and/or process management
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Communications, or MBA preferred
- Accomplishments as a team builder and facilitator
- Significant experience in managing change across a complex organization
- Successful background in building and executing broad technical communication plans
- Able to simplify complex technical projects
- Experience with C-level presentation building and excellent communication skills
- Highly proficient with AI tools, Miro, Airtable, and Microsoft O365
- Proficiency with Confluence, JIRA, and other project management tools preferred
