Job Description
• Support the Business Process leadership team by coordinating, tracking and enabling execution of enterprise process initiatives
• Ensure strategic process priorities translate into action, visible progress, and measurable outcomes across functions
• Act as a connective layer between leadership, process owners, functional teams, and external stakeholders and workstream leaders
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry
- Strong organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize workload and balance multiple projects simultaneously, and demonstrated successful follow through on deliverables
- Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
- Experience working with agency management and related systems such as Applied Epic
