The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for being a single point of contact for referral sourcing and the FlexCare sales team for patient updates.

You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.  


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Generate reports for strategic accounts showing patient updates
  • Occasionally meet in person with providers 
  • Provide reporting for providers 
  • Make contact with Medical Doctors for sponsorship opportunities 
  • Weekly meetings with medication organizations to help facilitate patients in a timely manner
  • Answer incoming phone calls to FlexCare  
  • Answer patient questions regarding invoices 
  • Help intake department obtain documentation required for PA request
  • Single point of contact for sales team and providers offices for urgent needs

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

  • This is a full-time position with typical working hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Hours and work shift may change in accordance with business needs.  Exempt employees must have the ability to be on-call and available, as business needs require

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience interacting with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals 
  • 1+ years of experience working with healthcare insurance benefits, eligibility verifications, and/or authorizations 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn new systems and reporting tools quickly
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced working environment
  • Proven solid communications verbally and written
  • Proven solid organizational skills


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Pharmacy Technician 
  • 1+ years of experience as a patient or pharmacy liaison 
  • Experience partnering with healthcare Sales Teams
  • Experience with Specialty Infusion Therapy 
  • Experience with Infusion therapy benefits eligibility verifications

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $60,200 to $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
