Role Description

As a Field Specialist - Artificial Lift System, you will be responsible for:

• Performing installation/pulling of AccessESP Retrievable ESP system and associated equipment in offshore and onshore assignments.
• Assisting and managing ESP equipment to maximize well productivity and ESP run life.
• Performing frequent travel on international or domestic assignments on short notice.
• Handling special projects as assigned.
• Conducting business activities in accordance with HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements, and Baker Hughes Core Values.

Qualifications

• Technical Degree or equivalent or 5 years of ALS, Completions, or Wireline field experience.
• Leadership skills on the rig.
• Strong communication with customers and internal Baker team.
• Background in ALS, Completions, or Wireline.
• Extensive technical experience in running Electrical Submersible Pump or Artificial Lift tools or equipment; Completions background is a plus.
• Analytical skills to troubleshoot ESP problems.
• Valid offshore experience.
• Ability to use basic computer programs to complete daily paperwork flawlessly.
• Customer Focus, Communication, Interpersonal, and Team Working Skills.

Requirements

• 4 – 5 week rotation with variation as needed.
