Role Description
As a Field Specialist - Artificial Lift System, you will be responsible for:
- Performing installation/pulling of AccessESP Retrievable ESP system and associated equipment in offshore and onshore assignments.
- Assisting and managing ESP equipment to maximize well productivity and ESP run life.
- Performing frequent travel on international or domestic assignments on short notice.
- Handling special projects as assigned.
- Conducting business activities in accordance with HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements, and Baker Hughes Core Values.
Qualifications
- Technical Degree or equivalent or 5 years of ALS, Completions, or Wireline field experience.
- Leadership skills on the rig.
- Strong communication with customers and internal Baker team.
- Background in ALS, Completions, or Wireline.
- Extensive technical experience in running Electrical Submersible Pump or Artificial Lift tools or equipment; Completions background is a plus.
- Analytical skills to troubleshoot ESP problems.
- Valid offshore experience.
- Ability to use basic computer programs to complete daily paperwork flawlessly.
- Customer Focus, Communication, Interpersonal, and Team Working Skills.

- 4 – 5 week rotation with variation as needed.
