Role Description

This role involves gathering business requirements and API feedback from both internal and external sources, continuously improving the API product through effective iterative mechanisms.

• Study the competitive landscape and industry trends, transforming this information into actionable API product iteration plans that align with the company's actual needs.
• Utilize data analytics to create data-driven insights to understand client behavior.
• Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with customers and strategic partners, using their feedback to guide product enhancements and future development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical, solution-oriented role, preferably related to trading or technology platforms, especially in network and API endpoints.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Finance.
• Proactive and self-driven, with a logical and data-driven mindset, strong team collaboration skills, and effective communication abilities.
• Proficiency in English & Conversational Mandarin preferred.
• Able to think systematically with a clear problem-solving approach when facing issues; skilled at breaking down and simplifying complex problems from both a tech lens and a revenue perspective.
