Role Description

The Demand team is looking for an experienced Principal Product Manager to focus on a brand new offering: Meal Cards. This is a 0-1 opportunity, in which you’ll have the ability to build a new product offering from the ground up. You will collaborate with partners in finance, business and technology to fully define the offering including financial model, customer service, and GTM strategy.

• Set Strategy: You’ll define the offering and align on the best way to organize the offering, including 3rd party fintech partnerships.
• Build & Lead: You will define the MVP offering and work with engineering partners to quickly bring that solution to market while adhering to regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate: You will work with research, design, UX, and analytics to identify customer needs and develop solutions. Work with FP&A and business partners to define financial targets and the measurement and reporting capabilities for them.
• Organize & Prioritize: Own the success of the offering by ruthlessly prioritizing the scope for our first launch, and identifying the fast-follow opportunities.
• Communicate Effectively: You have experience thoughtfully explaining unique concepts to diverse audiences, and know how to break down complex topics for any stakeholder.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product experience leading roadmap development and experience in successful 0-1 product launches.
• Experience integrating with third party applications via API integrations.
• Experience in Fintech and/or Payments is required.
• Ability to set audacious goals and direct your own way to achieve them.
• Familiarity with high growth operations & problem solving in fast-paced tech spaces.
• Excellent track record providing a positive customer experience.
• Strong analytical skills to work with data and guide initiatives.
