Role Description
This role involves supporting Behavioral Health Clinicians by ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and providing ongoing operational support.

Manage the end-to-end provider onboarding process, including:
- Conducting welcome calls
- Setting providers up in internal systems
- Coordinating with credentialing, licensing, and training teams
- Serving as the primary point of contact throughout onboarding
- Continuously improve the onboarding experience to drive provider satisfaction, retention, and faster time to service
- Manage the complete provider off boarding process in coordination with internal teams
- Support active providers with operational needs as identified by the practice (e.g., EMR access and troubleshooting)
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Associates degree
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, 100% remote environment
- Ability to remain in a stationary position approximately 50% of the time

Job Requirements
