Role Description

DDI Network engineer supporting DNS services across our global enterprise. Position will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining DNS Infoblox Cloud supported Infrastructure with focus on IP Address Management
  • Customer consultation
  • Conducting seamless change activities
  • Providing quick and effective incident resolution during high pressure war room situations
  • Supporting customer requests
  • Contributing to strategic initiatives to advance the quality and capabilities of our IT service offerings

On-call escalation support will be part of the role, as will operating effectively in a 24x7 environment with colleagues from around the world.

You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Information Technology field and/or equivalent professional experience
  • 3+ years of experience networking, switching and firewall environments
  • 3+ years of experience with DNS Technologies
  • Experience with Infoblox Software and Implementation: Grid Master, Grid Manager, Grid Members, Infoblox DNS, DHCP and IP Address Management
  • Extensive experience with Infoblox DNS, DHCP, IPAM and related services - Configuration and Management
  • In-depth knowledge of DNS, NTP, IPAM, BIND, and DHCP and Cloud Hosted Environments

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience with Cloud Technologies
  • Cloud Network experience for Cloud Based Implementation: Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform
  • GCP DNS automation

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as:

The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
