• Support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of SAP SD modules • Responsible for the creation and maintenance of Sales Documents, Deliveries, and Billing • Develop test strategies and manage large complex test efforts • Manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members • Facilitate design review meetings; document and submit meeting minutes • Provide guidance and support for configuration changes, training material development, and data conversion • Support unit, integration, and UAT testing and provide documentation as evidence of successful execution • Support production cutover; provide documentation as evidence of successful execution • Support post-go-live hypercare, manage defects, and maintain documentation
