Job Description
• Collaborate closely with the functional team to understand business requirements and data mappings.
• Create FBDI and HDL files based on data mapping requirements and transformation rules.
• Develop HCM extracts, OTBI, and/or BIP Reports for technical and business data conversion validation and reconciliation.
• Execute HCM Cloud data conversion and perform technical data conversion validation/reconciliation for Mock, Dress Rehearsal, and Cutover.
• Identify, triage, and resolve issues with regards to HDLs/FBDIs, conversion load, and functional configurations.
• Support functional team and client team to identify data cleanse issues in client-provided data.
• Mentor junior team members in Oracle Fusion Cloud data conversion capabilities.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud Conversion experience with 2 full cycle implementation experience across Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud or ERP Cloud.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience with HDLs/FBDIs and Spreadsheet loaders for conversion, OTBI and BIP Reports.
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in SQL and PL/SQL for developing reports and extracts for technical validation and reconciliation.
- Ability to understand end to end business processes and analyze downstream impacts to loading data into transactional tables.
