Job Description
• Analyze organizational needs and design technology-integrated processes and systems
• Assess current business operations and identify customer requirements
• Define future-state solutions that align with organizational goals
• Research, gather, and synthesize information to optimize business models
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Support agile development projects on the ServiceNow platform
• Focus on requirements gathering, functional testing, and process optimization
Job Requirements
- General understanding of ServiceNow's architecture and capabilities
- 1+ years of experience supporting requirements gathering and functional testing for agile development projects in ServiceNow
- ServiceNow Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) OR Customer Service Management (CSM) experience
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Active secret clearance required
