Job Description
Role Description
This role involves providing customer service support in handling all patient inquiries through various channels.
- Handles inbound, unsolicited customer calls from Consumer and Healthcare Professionals for inquiries such as product questions, adverse events, sample requests, etc.
- Accurately collects information required by individual programs and captures it in specific program databases.
- Answers product questions from customers according to company policy utilizing approved FAQs and discussion guides.
- Exhibits effective communication and tele-management skills, conversing with callers in an empathetic manner.
- Identifies and processes potential Adverse Events and Technical Complaints in accordance with Client’s Working Practice Documents (WPDs).
- Demonstrates adherence to all Privacy/Security procedures as outlined in applicable WPDs.
- Adheres to all company policies and Standard Operating and Working Procedures.
- Displays flexibility within the department to maximize utilization, including performing administrative and non-telecommunication duties as needed.
- Identifies and triages customer escalations through resolution, collaborating with other functions to ensure compliant solutions.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or relevant work experience
- Customer service-related experience
- Expert level typist

- May be required to submit and maintain credentials, such as training, vaccinations, and other job-related documentation to gain access to hospitals or healthcare providers.
- Compliance with requirements outlined by the facilities on call plans.
- Potential requirement to obtain specific licenses in certain geographic jurisdictions or hospital systems.
