Role Description

EXL is looking for motivated and self-directed individuals with excellent customer service skills to schedule appraisal appointments with insurance policyholders and help homeowners submit their own home photos through our ASSIST self-survey product.

Pay Details

Total compensation for this position is targeted at $13-$15 per hour. The target total compensation consists of a base hourly wage plus performance-based incentive pay. Incentive Pay is driven by productivity, turn-around time and quality, and is not sales-based.
