• Design, configure, test, and deploy Workday solutions for global customers, adapting flexibly to their evolving needs across various Financials module(s). • Conduct detailed working sessions to gather and analyze business requirements. • Lead medium to high-complexity projects (like acquisitions or Phase X rollouts) through the full lifecycle, managing scope, quality, and timelines with no supervision. • Drive high client satisfaction by building strong relationships and consistently delivering impeccable service, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) like utilization and CSAT scores. • Act as a mentor, coach, and reviewer for less experienced team members. • Perform root cause analysis on client issues and implement effective, well-researched corrective measures.
