Job Description
• Design, configure, test, and deploy Workday solutions for global customers, adapting flexibly to their evolving needs across various Financials module(s).
• Conduct detailed working sessions to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Lead medium to high-complexity projects (like acquisitions or Phase X rollouts) through the full lifecycle, managing scope, quality, and timelines with no supervision.
• Drive high client satisfaction by building strong relationships and consistently delivering impeccable service, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) like utilization and CSAT scores.
• Act as a mentor, coach, and reviewer for less experienced team members.
• Perform root cause analysis on client issues and implement effective, well-researched corrective measures.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years leading Workday implementations, supporting Workday Post-Production/AMS Services, or as a sophisticated Workday client.
- Deep knowledge of Workday Core Financials, Security, and Reporting plus expert command of at least one additional module (e.g., P2P, Expenses, Projects, FDM/Advanced Financial Reporting, C2C, Accounting Center, Suppliers, Strategic Sourcing, etc).
- Proven ability to manage conflicting demands, prioritize without supervision, and lead full-lifecycle projects (scoping, design, go-live).
- Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and proven ability to influence stakeholders, guiding internal and client discussions toward timely solution agreement.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to frequent change.
- Willingness to meet minimal travel requirements ( <5% annually).
