Job Description
• Guide the go forward strategy of the bank through Strategic Planning
• Support Regulatory compliance for Strategic Planning processes
• Monitor, organize and report research and analysis of data to support market assessment
• Create presentation materials containing complex business issues for management and executives
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business-related field required
- MBA or Master's degree in related field a plus
- Background in management consulting, banking, or Corporate Strategy with 3+ years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong problem resolution and analytical skills
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple, complex projects
- Interpersonal, negotiation, verbal and written communication skills
