Job Description

• Lead the design and build of enterprise ambulatory operating solutions that support growth, access, efficiency, and margin sustainability. • Develop standardized operating models that intentionally solve ~75% of enterprise needs, with structured pathways for local variation. • Ensure solutions are scalable, repeatable, and designed for rapid national deployment. • Accelerate the transformation lifecycle from problem definition through design, piloting, and enterprise readiness. • Establish clear milestones, governance, and decision frameworks to move initiatives forward with speed and accountability. • Balance speed with rigor to ensure solutions are operationally sound before hand-off. • Partner with operations, finance, clinical leaders, and strategy to ensure solutions align with enterprise growth, cost, and performance objectives. • Translate clinical and strategic requirements into executable operating models, workflows, and resource plans. • Design solutions that enable consistent performance across markets while accommodating legitimate business variability. • Maintain ultimate accountability for solution readiness, ensuring clarity on scope, success metrics, and deployment requirements. • Create implementation playbooks, operating standards, and performance measures to support smooth transition to operations teams. • Partner closely with operational leaders to ensure solutions are fully embedded and sustained post-handoff.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of leading strategic initiatives and complex project/program execution preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in expanding ambulatory access across a health system, including developing new clinic sites, optimizing existing locations, and deploying innovative care delivery models (e.g. virtual care, retail partnerships, same-day access, mobile units).
  • Proven ability to assess market needs, identify growth opportunities, and lead cross-functional teams to launch new access points that improve patient convenience, increase capacity, and strengthen the organization's competitive position.
  • Track record of navigating regulatory, financial, and operational considerations involved in opening or expanding ambulatory sites, including facility planning, staffing models, technology enablement, and community engagement.
