Role Description

This role involves leading large-scale, enterprise-wide projects with clear accountability.

• Plan and direct initiatives to achieve measurable business outcomes.
• Manage multiple projects across diverse teams and business units.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
• Mentor project managers and strengthen delivery capabilities.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, iterations, and end-to-end delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement through Agile delivery practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 8–12 years of project or program management experience
• Experience in investment management or front office operations
• Background in large, multinational organizations
• Financial services industry experience preferred

Requirements

• Agile certification (Certified Disciplined Agilist, Practitioner, or Scrum)
• Hands-on Agile delivery experience
• Effective communication and stakeholder influence skills
