Role Description
We are seeking a high-impact Director of Strategic Partnerships to design and lead our partnership ecosystem. This role is responsible for identifying, structuring, and scaling alliances that drive revenue growth, expand distribution channels, and enhance patient outcomes. You will serve as a key cross-functional leader working closely with executive leadership, product, marketing, clinical, and operations teams to ensure partnerships deliver measurable value. This is a full-time remote position requiring a strategic thinker who can operate both as a deal architect and execution leader.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with Lemonaid Health’s growth objectives.
- Identify high-value partnership opportunities across payers, employers, digital health platforms, pharmacies, health systems, and channel partners.
- Build a scalable partner pipeline and prioritization framework.
- Lead end-to-end deal cycles from sourcing through negotiation and launch.
- Drive partner-sourced revenue growth through new channel development and existing partner expansion.
- Design joint go-to-market strategies with partners.
- Create scalable partnership programs that increase patient acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
- Own executive-level relationships with key partners.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for strategic accounts.
- Establish governance frameworks, success metrics, and quarterly business reviews with partners.
- Collaborate with Product to shape roadmap priorities influenced by partner needs.
- Work with Marketing to develop co-branded campaigns and launch strategies.
- Partner with Legal and Compliance to structure agreements consistent with healthcare regulations.
- Coordinate with Clinical teams to ensure partner integrations support care quality and safety standards.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive partnerships, and emerging ecosystem opportunities.
- Identify whitespace opportunities for strategic alliances.
- Deliver insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success building and scaling strategic partnerships that drive revenue.
- Strong capabilities in strategic planning, negotiations, and account leadership.
- Experience structuring complex commercial agreements.
- Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Outstanding communication, executive presence, and relationship-building ability.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, remote environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
Requirements
- Experience in healthcare, telehealth, digital health, or regulated industries.
- Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, JD, or similar).
- Existing network within healthcare ecosystem partners.
- Experience launching multi-party partnerships or platform ecosystems.
