Job Description
• Collaborate with stakeholders and product managers to analyze, understand, and enhance employee productivity and end-user effectiveness
• Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements for new projects, enhancements to existing solutions, and production issues
• Design, develop and maintain Salesforce CPQ system solutions involving complex product bundles, price rules, validation rules, approval rules, document templates, etc.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements documents, functional specs, user manuals, and JIRA stories
• Define and implement system enhancements that align with business goals, advising on best practices and recommending process improvements
• Work with technical teams to design solutions that meet business needs, including system specifications and workflows
• Develop test cases and conduct unit and integration testing to ensure that systems meet specified requirements and function correctly
• Develop, deliver, and present end-user training materials to Salesforce users throughout the organization
• Research production system issues, resolve user problems, and escalate issues when necessary
• Perform application configuration activities primarily in Salesforce and other supporting Force.com applications
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT, facilitating communications and ensuring alignment on project goals
Job Requirements
- Salesforce Administrator certification required
- Minimum 2 years Salesforce CPQ experience required
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification preferred
- 2-4 years of work experience as a business analyst, or related role
- Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ system administration, including user management, configuration, and maintenance of Salesforce environments
- Familiarity with tools including JIRA, Confluence, and SOQL
- Experience in creating and executing unit, integration, and user acceptance test plans
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and investigative skills
- Experience working in a mix of agile and waterfall project management methodologies preferred
- Familiarity with business operations processes and practices is a plus
- Experience in the healthcare industry is also considered beneficial
