Role Description
This role involves driving the inbound and demand generation efforts to support the company's growth goals.
- Own the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns including paid, organic, CRM, and content strategies.
- Optimize landing pages, forms, and CTAs to maximize conversion rates.
- Conduct continuous experiments to test offers, messaging, and channels.
- Produce educational content such as videos, case studies, and reports for shop owners.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to evaluate lead quality and feedback integration.
- Maintain dashboards to monitor leads generated and conversion metrics.
Qualifications
- 4–8 years of experience in Demand Generation, Growth, or Performance Marketing.
- Expert-level skills in HubSpot with proven ability to manage funnels and automated workflows.
- Experience in B2B SaaS with a track record of meeting pipeline targets.
- Proficiency in Meta, Google Ads, and CRM marketing channels.
