Role Description

This role is responsible for reviewing condominium projects and making final approval or denial decisions for Conventional, FHA, VA, and NonQM products. You will complete limited reviews and complex full reviews, coordinate documentation needed to clear conditions, and communicate final decisions to the appropriate parties.

• Review condo project documentation and complete limited and complex full reviews across Conventional, FHA, VA, and NonQM.
• Make and document final approval or denial decisions.
• Communicate decisions and any documentation needs clearly and professionally.
• Obtain and evaluate documentation needed to clear conditions and maintain accurate tracking of project status.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on condo project approval analysis covering Conventional, FHA, VA, and NonQM.
• Experience completing both limited reviews and complex full reviews.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and clear communication.
• Encompass experience is required.
