Role Description
Currently, we are seeking a skilled Game Producer to join our dynamic team and drive the success of our projects.
- Lead the end-to-end production of games, from concept ideation to release and ongoing development
- Lead and guide the game development team
- Creating gaming products and developing strategies for their growth
- Identifying and implementing ways to improve product economics and monetization
- Launching A/B tests and conducting experiments to validate hypotheses
- Collaborating closely with product analytics and metrics
- Conducting market research and seeking ideas to enhance existing gameplay
- Foster strong collaboration between development, design, and marketing teams to achieve project goals
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in game development
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful game projects developed from concept to release
- Excellent team management skills
- Deep understanding of gaming metrics, LiveOps, and effective monetization strategies
- Proficient in core game mechanics, user retention techniques, and player psychology
