Job Description
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, product development teams, and clients.
• Prepare and deliver reports, plans, and technical expertise to support business decision-making.
• Work with output solution partners to automate statement processing and support operational efficiency goals.
• Apply expertise in data modeling, process mapping, and requirements documentation.
• Manage large, complex projects or processes with limited oversight from management.
• Produce reports, insights, and analysis to help the organization achieve operational targets.
• Troubleshoot complex challenges and coordinate with technical teams to drive solutions to completion.
• Influence policies, practices, and procedures based on insights and subject matter expertise.
• Coach or review work for lower-level professionals when needed.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in business analysis, product support, or operations within financial services or financial technology.
- Strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping, data analysis, and workflow design.
- Experience working directly with clients, including leading discussions and managing expectations.
- Ability to manage large or complex initiatives independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present insights and documentation to leadership or clients.
- Hands-on experience working with statement processing, output solutions, or content management platforms.
- Technical aptitude with familiarity in SQL, data modeling, system interactions, or automation workflows.
- Ability to solve complex problems and drive initiatives from concept through execution.
- High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
