Job Description

• Oversees daily operations of the QA team to ensure high standards for product quality. • Guides team members and supports effective testing processes. • Identifies and manages risks related to product quality and release timelines. • Supervises daily activities and work assignments of QA Analysts. • Collaborates with Software Development Team Leads.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience preferred.
7+ years of experience in quality assurance or software testing.
2+ years of experience in a quality assurance lead or senior level, or a supervisory role.
Demonstrated experience creating formal test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
Experience implementing and scaling automated testing, including modern or AI-assisted tools.
Experience working in Agile delivery and production support environments.
