Job Description
• Lead LOA vendor implementations and day-to-day vendor management
• Partner with Tech to configure and maintain Workday leave modules
• Develop and track key metrics on leave incidence, denial rates, etc.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership
• Lead compliance and policy governance for global LOA programs
Job Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in benefits administration
- Strong knowledge of U.S. leave and accommodation laws
- Experience implementing LOA and disability vendors is a plus
- Strong analytical experience with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience working with leave-tracking HRIS systems (e.g., Workday)
