Job Description
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent required
- Prior minimum of 1+ years of experience in GAP claims, auto finance, insurance claims, or loan servicing preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple claims and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Excel and experience working with CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
