• Develop and manage project plans for CRM integration projects within HubSpot. • Involved in every aspect of the project, including discovery, implementation, UAT, change management, and integrations. • Manage project scope, assess requirements, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects. • Create and manage a budget that reflects the scope of work and resource requirements. • Complete, distribute, and store all project documentation. • Monitor and provide regular updates to ensure project progress aligns with client goals. • Articulate problems and bring the right people together to solve them.
