• Leads platform architecture and solution design in enterprise Sales Cloud implementation • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to design and implement integrations with other business systems • Serves as a trusted senior technical advisor, guiding business stakeholders and technical teams • Designs and implements complex flows using Salesforce platform tools • Participates in sprint planning and architectural governance processes • Stays current with Salesforce releases and assesses opportunities to incorporate new features and capabilities into the platform • Performs all other duties or special projects as assigned
