Job Description
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for varied roles across multiple departments.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of methods including direct sourcing, referrals, and job boards.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide a high-touch candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
• Collaborate with HR and department leaders to improve hiring processes and strategies.
• Track and report on recruiting metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is preferred (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Proven success in sourcing and hiring for a variety of roles, including hard-to-fill and niche positions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
