Job Description
• Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance oversight to clinical managers
• Serve as a primary operational liaison between clinical teams and health plan care management teams
• Oversee onboarding and training for care teams and clinical managers
• Lead quality operations, including monitoring and improving adherence to clinical workflows
• Ensure regulatory compliance and best practices in patient care management
• Own performance against operational, clinical, and quality goals
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve patient engagement and workflow optimization
• Address escalated operational issues and implement solutions
• Partner with clinical/provider leadership to ensure appropriate staffing models
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in clinical operations, care management, population health, or managed care
- RN required, Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
- Demonstrated experience leading clinical managers and interdisciplinary teams
- Highly analytical and metrics-driven
- Strong cross-functional leadership and change management skills
- Ability to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
- Experience developing and executing onboarding, training, and competency pathways for clinical staff and managers
- Strong understanding of health plan operations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and accreditation standards
