- Work directly with customers, field teams, and partners to understand issues and opportunities.
- Collaborate daily with client Product Managers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to solve complex problems.
- Perform research, brainstorm solutions, and help guide product direction.
- Balance opportunities and business needs while keeping stakeholders aligned and supportive.
- Work with Apple and other partners on product strategy with implementation.
- Facilitate software demos, stakeholder check ins, and other key meetings virtually or in-person.
- Collaborate with our product and technical marketing teams to showcase new product releases to drive awareness and adoption.
