Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- At least 6 years in project coordination or executive administrative support
- At least 2 years of project or administrative experience in administrative healthcare or in a medical device/medical services organization
- Proven ability in organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint)

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing project execution, managing scope, functional and technical resources, and interfacing with multiple departments to ensure successful and on-time delivery of solution implementations. Key duties include running client meetings, handling status reporting, managing escalations, and overseeing configuration, testing, deployment, and post go-live support.
