Role Description

As a key member of the marketing and brand development leadership group, this position will play a pivotal role in empowering our franchise owners to drive patient growth, enhance brand visibility, and support scalable expansion in the high-demand healthcare and wellness sector. This position will develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that align with FYZICAL's mission to deliver personalized, medically based physical therapy, balance programs, fall prevention, and wellness services.

• Lead the development and execution of an integrated marketing and communications strategy that advances system-wide growth.
• Own the creative vision and brand narrative across all channels.
• Serve as the system’s communications leader, overseeing internal and external messaging.
• Create, adapt, and optimize national and localized marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with franchise owners and regional teams to provide marketing coaching and customized plans.
• Oversee and contribute to the FYZICAL Marketing Suite.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics across the system and provide actionable insights.
• Support franchise development efforts by creating compelling marketing collateral.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in healthcare franchising and marketing.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with brand standards.
• Safeguard and strengthen brand integrity through creative development and strategic communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive marketing strategy experience, ideally in franchising, healthcare services, physical therapy/outpatient rehab, wellness, or multi-unit environments.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive measurable growth.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Experience working with franchise networks or decentralized business models.
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in interpreting data.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Creative mindset with strategic thinking.
• Passion for health, wellness, and empowering independent business owners.

Requirements

• Monday through Friday, 8.00am-5.00pm. Some night and weekend work may be required.
• Remote position.

Physical Demands

• Communicate and converse, maintain a stationary position (standing and sitting), move/traverse, kneel and bend.
• Use fingers and hands, handle, feel and reach with hands and arms for extended periods of time.
• Occasionally required to climb or balance; stoop; kneel, crouch, taste or smell.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust and focus.
• Light to moderate lifting is required.
• Ability to uphold the stress of travelling.

Work Environment

• Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone, and printers, light traffic).
• Ability to work in a confined area.
• Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
