• Design and implement continuous integration and continuous deployment frameworks from code to deploy • Design and implement automated provisioning and configuration frameworks in support of infrastructure-as-code • Design, implement, configure and manage system monitoring solutions that alert teams to problems before customers are impacted • Work closely with customers and other team members to understand complex requirements and translate them into automated solutions • Provide support to ensure mission critical applications and components are being monitored and meet security, reporting and retention requirements as well as disaster recovery requirements of clients • Support team members
