Job Description

• Drive the expansion of healthcare offerings and growth of health plan footprint through innovative strategies and impactful partnerships. • Oversee national and specialty ancillary networks including Behavioral Health, Complementary Care, Telehealth, and emerging care modalities. • Manage and optimize relationships with national and regional partners to ensure cost-effective and high-quality healthcare delivery while formulating and executing strategy aligned with organizational goals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or related field required.
  • 10 or more years of Healthcare experience with a focus on growth, strategic partnerships, and business development.
  • Experience in sales leadership and managing cross-functional teams is highly valued.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in managed care contracting, including expertise in financial analysis, payment methodologies, contract negotiation and language, vendor and third-party network contracting, specialty and leased network management, and project leadership.
  • Proven experience leading strategic initiatives and partnerships in a complex healthcare environment.
